Bananas other than directly consumed can also be processed into a variety of foods such as an afternoon snack, one of which is processed into fried bananas. But not all types of bananas can be fried, in Indonesia itself, there are 4 types of bananas commonly used as processed fried bananas, are as follows: banana uli, banana kepok, banana tanduk and banana nangka.
In Indonesia fried bananas are also found everywhere as a street food. This time I want to share the recipe how to make fried banana cheese, here I use banana kepok type.
